Great way to test our wellbeing
 1. I share my problems and struggles with others. 
2. I maintain my calm while dealing with small problems. 
3. I exercise for at least half an hour 3 to 4 times a week. 
4. I am comfortable asking for help when required. 
5. I have enough personal time to do things I like. 
6. I eat at least one healthy meal a day. 
7. I recover quickly after a setback. 
8. I get good quality sleep (7 to 8 hours per night) 
9. I consciously take time out for connecting with friends and family. 
10. I usually work towards finding solutions to problems. 
11. I am able to say “no” to excessive demands. 
12. I am usually comfortable expressing my views.
